FOOT CARE WORKSOP                                     

                                                                                     

  
Join us for this workshop to get a better understanding of your feet, and learn a series of self-care techniques and exercises to increase your balance and strength from the ground up.

             

 


This workshop is perfect for you if you  

  • Experience regular foot, heel or knee pain

  •  Hip and/or lower back pain

  • Fallen arches and or plantar fasciitis

  • Are a regular runner or athlete

  • Are just a movement nerd and want to play some fun games :)

Time :- 2.00 - 4.00pm

Fees :- $25 by FEB 22

   $30 after

Your feet are critically important to your overall physical health and they are often neglected when it comes to training, strengthening and mobilization. My goal in this workshop is to empower you with tools to restore functional, healthy, pain-free feet and hips.
And definitely to make you play a little, move in new patterns and leave with a sense of optimism that foot pain doesn't have to be a part of your life.

If you have Yoga tune up balls bring them with you :-)

We will provide all props and have plenty of therapy balls for in-studio use.

Also as always if you decide to buy your own, the balls are at 10% off on the day of workshop.

This workshop is suitable and accessible for everybody (except for active intense injuries that restrict movement or ability to sit closer to the ground)

As always at Pali Yoga we will cap the final number of participants so as to avoid over crowding the room, book soon to ensure your spot..these workshops fill up fast.!
