20 Min Pali Sculpt
A quick Pali Sculpt class for a day you want to move, feel it & sweat :-) Combine it with a short cardio burst done before (for e.g. after a short run, jumping jacks, jogging in place or 5-10 sun salutations ) to get the heart pumping and feel the fire right away. The first time I shot this video I forgot to turn the camera on :-) so this is my second attempt and it shows :-) but I love you all and thought I should put it up anyway just so you guys can see me huffing & puffing :-):-) Weights 2-8 # if you have them
