is one of the co-founders of Pali Yoga and teaches a fun challenging Vinyasa Flow on Tuesdays and a Yoga with Weights class on Thursdays. She will also lead a all levels Vinyasa Flow on Friday mornings. All 3 classes can be adjusted in intensity or modified when needed but may not be suitable for those seeking gentle or restorative yoga.
